Zucchini Bread Recipe!

This recipe is from my good friend Adrienne, the baking goddess.

Zucchini Bread

Beat 3 eggs and 2 c. sugar,
Add 1 c. oil, 1 T. vanilla,
Add 2 c. shredded zucchini

whisk together in another bowl:
3 c. flour, 1/2 t. baking powder,
1 t. baking soda, 1/2 t. salt,
1 T. cinnamon

Add wet ingredients to dry.
Makes 2 loaves.
Bake at 325 for 1 hour.

I threw in some blueberries, too. It's up to you, experiment!
