I apologize about putting a pic of Gretchen, my favorite tree, in the recipes below, but it seems when I insert a picture, I have more lee-way and control over the spacing in my document. Was that a run-on sentence, or what?!?

I think Gretchen is beautiful! And I know what you mean about the spacing problems!!!
We went grocery shopping, today and they had a crock pot on sale (I hesitated, at first....) then we found your cookbook on sale, too! So we went back and bought both! I can't wait to try some recipes out!
