Attempting Crochet. . .

My good friend, Melissa, is helping me delve into the world of crochet. My next thing to tackle will be granny squares to make an afghan similar to this one in the movie Nanny McPhee. I absolutley love this one! The colors they used were stunning. Sorry about the pics. :) I had to pause the movie and take these myself.

Here's what I've been working on so far, not related to the afghan. Thank you, Melissa. I hate to tear it out, but I likely will.

You are soooooooooooo right -- Nanny McPhee is such a colorful movie! Such a cute movie.... I think we might pop it in?!?

You're so smart to learn crochet!
Our little girl taught herself to knit and one day, I might ask her to teach me! One day....

I also just love your new deck! It's gorgeous!!!

Blessings,
Julie

I got some crocheting stuff from a friend at christmas. So far it's sitting in the box about 4 feet away from my desk. Um, I really WANT to take it out of the box. Yep!
